SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days, following payment. You will be sent an email with your tracking information. We ship throughout Australia and everywhere else in the world! 

Please note: that all orders are sent via Australia Post.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80.

For orders under $80 we offer a flat rate of $10 for standard post and $15 for express post.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all international orders we offer a flat rate of $25 for standard international post. 

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

Australia (Express) - 1-3 Business days

Australia (Standard) - 2-5 Business days

International - 6-10 Business days

Please note: All of the delivery time frames listed below are based on Australia Post's recommendations, however, they do not account for any delays. Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. The shipping time is additional to the time it takes to dispatch orders. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

Lost parcels

If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you cannot locate it on your property, please contact Australia Post's customer service line on 13 76 78 and lodge an investigation. If Australia Post is unable to disclose where your parcel is through the investigation, please contact us immediately by emailing hello@tigerandspice.com
