PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
We are a vintage clothing store, which means the vast majority of the products we sell are in second hand condition. We endeavour to declare any distinct product faults (such as holes or marks) in the description of each item, however it is safe to assume that most items will contain signs of general wear and tear.

RETURNS
We are happy to offer returns on all full priced items for a store credit.
To return your items, please contact hello@tigerandspice.com with your order number and request a returns form within 3 days of receiving your item.
Returned postage costs are not covered by Tiger and Spice. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure we receive your item. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
All returns are processed within 3-5 business days when we receive them. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will email you a store credit code. This can be used within a 12 month period store wide.
We are unable to accept returns on the below:
- Worn, damaged or used items and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it.
- Items returned without its original packaging or tags.
- Items purchased on sale.
- Items returned without a returns form.
- Gift cards.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings or swimwear.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the event that you receive a faulty item, where the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it, please contact hello@tigerandspice.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 3 days so that we can replace your item or give you a refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
